Theos Studio Resort (also known as Nikos Theos Resort) was born out of a vision to create a warm, hospitable, and family-oriented getaway next to the Aegean Sea.

We are located in beautiful Paralia Neou Panteleimona, Pieria, under the shadow of the historic Platamonas Castle and with the majestic Mount Olympus as our backdrop. Our goal is to provide our guests with an authentic Greek summer experience: relaxation, cleanliness, tranquility, and personal care.

With 9 fully equipped studios, we offer a peaceful stay away from the noise of large hotels, while maintaining a high standard of comfort and direct access to the sea.
